These terms govern your use of www.bodyflowenergetics.org (the "Site") and your booking of sessions with BodyFlow Energetics / Kemina Fulwood ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

Nature Of The Work

BodyFlow Energetics offers energetic and nervous-system recalibration sessions. This work is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition. If you are managing a medical or mental health condition, please continue to work with your qualified healthcare provider and consult them before beginning sessions.

Bookings & Payment

Sessions are booked online via Calendly and paid for at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed. Prices displayed on the Site are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may not be eligible for a refund or credit. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change a booking.

Refunds

Because of the personalised and time-limited nature of the work, sessions are generally non-refundable once delivered. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us to discuss.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the decisions you make about your own health, wellbeing, and circumstances, and for seeking appropriate medical or professional advice where needed. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, and video — is owned by BodyFlow Energetics or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our consent.

Third-Party Services

Bookings are processed through Calendly and videos are hosted on YouTube. Your use of these embedded services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Limitation Of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BodyFlow Energetics is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or participation in sessions.
