BodyFlow Energetics is operated by Kemina Fulwood in Queensland, Australia. This policy explains how personal information is handled through bodyflowenergetics.org and in connection with enquiries, bookings, newsletters and sessions.

Information We Collect

The website newsletter form asks for your email address. When you book through Cal.com, the booking service collects the contact details and booking information requested in that booking flow. Enquiries and participation may also involve your name, contact details, payment arrangements, consent records and information you choose to share about your circumstances or health.

Please share only information relevant to the service. Do not include sensitive health details in a newsletter signup or an initial enquiry. Tell Kemina if you would prefer to discuss something in a session rather than enter it into a booking form or message. Sensitive information is collected with your consent where required by law.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects technical and usage information, such as browser and device details, pages visited and browser identifiers. Declining analytics does not prevent you from viewing the website.

How We Use Your Information

Information is used to respond to enquiries, arrange and deliver sessions, administer bookings and agreed payments, maintain relevant records, and send service-related messages. Newsletter signup is optional and is used to send the updates you request. Analytics helps us understand use of the public website.

Service Providers

Netlify hosts the public website. Cal.com handles bookings. Brevo processes newsletter subscriptions and newsletter emails. YouTube provides videos, which load when you choose to play them through the website. Google Analytics is loaded only after analytics consent.

Cookies and Embedded Services

The cookie banner controls whether this website loads Google Analytics. Your choice is remembered in your browser. You can clear this website’s stored site data in your browser to make a fresh choice.

Booking and video content loads when you choose to open it. Those services receive connection information needed to display their content and may use their own cookies or storage. The website’s analytics choice does not control all processing by a booking or video service you choose to open.

Sharing and Overseas Processing

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers as needed to operate the website and deliver the service, or where disclosure is required or authorised by law.

Some providers operate internationally and may process information outside Australia. Processing locations depend on the service and its arrangements. Contact Kemina for the handling arrangements relevant to your participation before sharing sensitive information.

Security and Retention

The public website uses HTTPS and browser security controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact Kemina if you believe information has been sent to the wrong person or accessed without permission.

Retention depends on the type of record, the purpose for which it is held and any applicable legal obligations. You can ask Kemina about the retention and disposal arrangements for your records. A deletion request may be limited where information must be retained by law; any applicable limitation will be explained.

Access, Corrections and Your Choices

You can request access to your personal information, ask for a correction, or request deletion by contacting Kemina. Identity may need to be verified before records are released. You can unsubscribe from newsletters using the link in an email. This does not stop essential messages about an existing booking or agreed service.
